Causes and Solutions When the Dryer Fails to Operate
Disconnected compressor wiring
Solution: Reconnect the wires; replace the cables if burnt out.
Blown fuse
Solution: Replace the fuse and identify the root cause of excessive load.
Thermal relay tripped
Solution: Adjust the protection setting value if the thermal relay itself is faulty. If tripping is caused by other defects, eliminate relevant hidden troubles.
High-pressure switch activated
Solution: Inspect the operating status of the precooler, expansion valve and bypass valve.
Compressor locked rotor
Solution: Check whether the compressor protection is triggered, then verify refrigerant charge and supply voltage.
Loose or poor wiring contact
Solution: Reconnect or fasten all wiring terminals.
Clogged expansion valve
Solution: Dismantle the expansion valve for dredging and cleaning.
