Clean, oil-free compressed air hinges on a precision-tuned separator. 6.3568.0G1 is a heavy-duty air/oil separator element for Kaeser rotary screw air compressors. Engineered with fine fiberglass media and a robust metal flange, it captures fine oil mist from the compressed air stream, returning oil to the lubrication system while delivering pure air downstream.

A clogged, saturated, or failing separator triggers rising differential pressure, excessive oil carryover, higher oil consumption, backend equipment contamination, and potential airend damage. Fiber aging or blocked return lines are typical culprits. During replacement: shut down the unit, relieve tank pressure, drain oil, lift out the old 6.3568.0G1, clean the separator housing, seat the new element with a perfect gasket seal, refill oil, and run a leak & pressure-drop check. Match flange, OD, height, and bore to the removed part.
