Pure downstream air and low lubricant loss start with a high-grade coalescing core. 6.3789.1 is a precision oil mist separator cartridge built for Kaeser rotary screw compressors. Using gradient borosilicate glass fiber media, it captures sub-micron oil aerosols in the compressed air stream and returns clean lubricant to the sump, keeping discharge air clean and oil consumption controlled.

A saturated or collapsed separator drives higher differential pressure, rising energy draw, oily downstream air, faster media fouling, and shortened service intervals. Static buildup or failed return tubing worsens carryover. During service: depressurize the vessel, drain oil, extract the spent 6.3789.1, wipe the housing, seat the new cartridge with intact gasket, reinstall the cover, refill oil, and verify dp and sealing under load. Match flange OD, height, and center bore to the original.
