Clean intake air protects rotors, oil, and downstream filters from abrasive wear. 6.4139.0 is a high-capacity intake air filtration cartridge for Kaeser screw air compressors. Built with waterproof pleated cellulose/synthetic media and double-layer support mesh, it traps dust, sand, and airborne particles before they reach the airend while keeping intake resistance low.

A clogged or bypassing element causes reduced airflow, higher energy draw, faster oil degradation, rotor scoring, and shorter separator life. Restricted intake is a frequent source of pressure drop and overload. During replacement: stop the unit, open the filter housing, remove the spent 6.4139.0, clean the housing interior, seat the new cartridge with a tight gasket seal, close the cover, and reset the service indicator. Match outer diameter, height, and inner bore to the original.
