Which Air Compressor Instruments Require Periodic Inspection

Air Compressor Maintenance Recommendations
Weekly
a. Check the unit for abnormal noise and air leakage;
b. Verify whether instrument readings are accurate;
c. Confirm normal temperature display.
Monthly
a. Inspect the unit interior for corrosion and loose fittings. Remove rust and apply oil or paint for corroded parts; tighten loose connections.
b. Drain condensate.
Every Three Months
a. Clean dust on the outer surface of the cooler, fan guard and fan blades;
b. Add lubricating oil to motor bearings;
c. Check hoses for aging and cracking;
d. Inspect electrical components and clean the electric control cabinet.
