Proven machine logic and field diagnostics live in this Elektronikon brain. 1900070005 (1900-0700-05) is a first-generation Elektronikon main controller for Atlas Copco stationary rotary screw air compressors. It runs automatic dual control (load/idle/on-off), monitors air network pressure, airend temperature, rotor direction and run hours, stores service counters, and talks to plant systems via CAN bus (Modbus/Profibus optional).

Aging units fail with blank LCD, lost parameters, relay contact wear, false alarms, or lost drive communication. During replacement: cut 24VDC/230VAC supply, photo all connectors, swap the old 1900070005, restore wiring exactly, power on, reload machine parameters by serial, and verify pressure/temp/readings. Match Elektronikon generation and cutout; original program may need technician setup.
